MANAGING DIRECTORJanice Neoh graduated with Honours in her legal studies from University of Wolverhampton, a prestigious University in United Kingdom. Upon her graduation, she worked for a legal firm in KL before deciding that she has to move on to achieve something greater and to realise her fullest potential.
She then joined a British Multinational Shipping and Logistic company as a Management Trainee. Within a relatively short space of time she was promoted to various key appointments within the group including Marketing Manager and Country Manager. She was handling various International Accounts including those with Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam and Europe to name a few.
Janice was exposed extensively to various Management and Operational aspects of the company's Logistic Business i.e. Air Freight, Sea Freight, Trucking, Warehousing including ISO Tank Movements. Her Business Acumen takes her far beyond her age and educational background.
After more than ten years in senior capacities, Janice moved on to form Bianco Line (M) Sdn Bhd. She believes the Critical Success Factors for Bianco lies with it's ability to identify and meet customer needs efficiently and effectively, a strong advocate of the "Marketing Orientation" approach. These satisfied customers ensures loyalty exist with long term growth.
With wide experience and business contacts, Janice is able to secure strong strategic alliances and relationships with major carriers locally and internationally. We believe this is a source of strength which will be translated into a competitive edge for our customers in their supply chain.
